We are pleased that you are using our "MyRoma" app and want to thank you for your interest. In the following sections we will inform you about the processing of your personal data while using our app. We define "personal data" any information that relates to your identification.

No data of any kind is collected while using the MyRoma App. Only the "Near Here" function requires the collection of location information provided by the GPS of the SmartPhone or Tablet used for the APP. The only purpose of this function is to provide logistical information about the Attractions available in the APP. Under no circumstances will your location data be stored.

In case you wish to communicate us something (considerations about the Service provided by the APP or any other information), your data will be used only for the time required to answer. Your data will not be stored or used for any other purpose, and will be deleted after the processing of your request.
